1. Available parameters |
(1) Two optional spray patterns
The sprayed fluid in SVS experiments is assumed to comprise a single liquid (water).
Flat spray
Full cone spray
(2) Optional uniformity rate of flow density graph
Three optional uniformity rates: 30%; 50%; and 80%.
Uniformity rate (%)= Uniformity width / whole spray width x 100
(3) Spray angle in SVS experiments
In actuality, the outermost droplets flowing from a nozzle to the target surface do not travel in a straight line due to various factors, including gravity, spray distance, pressure, and nozzle type. For the purposes of SVS experiments, however, calculations are made theoretically on the assumption that the spray angle is stable, as shown in the illustration below. When determining nozzle configuration, therefore, more accurate results can be obtained by specifying spray distance and spray width rather than spray angle.

(4) Detailed specifications of nozzle
Enter specifications, such as pressure, flow rate, spray angle, etc.: the SVS will perform a virtual experiment.
(5) Your preferred nozzle configuration
Enter your preferred dimensions in the plumbing drawing provided. The SVS will perform a virtual experiment based on the configuration you specify.
