Application procedure and terms

Please complete and submit the Application Form
Although you can place more than one banner ad, each ad will be charged separately.
We reserve the right to access your company’s website to verify that the content of your banner ad accurately represents your products or services. Upon doing so, we will inform you by e-mail whether we can accept your application or not.
When we have accepted your banner ad, we will send you an invoice for the placement fee by e-mail. We accept lump-sum payments only.
The contract period for banner ads is one month. We will inform you one week before your contract expires.
In normal circumstances, we will place your banner ad within one week after confirming receipt of payment. As soon as we place it, we will ask you to confirm its presence. The one-month contract period starts from this point.
Banner ad posting period is one month, which means from the day when your ad is posted for 30 days. (Japan time)

N.B.

Please make your banner ad 234ｘ60 pixels in size. File size should be within 30KB. Flash animations and animated GIFs that meet the size requirements are permissible. Please send us your file by e-mail.
When the contract period ends, we will delete the banner ad without asking your permission in advance. To maintain the presence of your banner ad on our website, we suggest you to apply to renew your contract prior to the expiration date.
We cannot produce a banner ad for you.
Banner ads on our website do not warrant ‘page view’ or ‘click-based’ advertising.
If your company decides to cancel the contract before maturity, we cannot refund the placement fee.
If we judge that the content of your banner ad to be unsuitable for the NOZNET site, we reserve the right to decline your application.

We cannot accept the following kinds of Banner ads:
• Political activity-affiliated
• Religious activity-affiliated
• Entertainment and amusement business-affiliated
• Personal ad-affiliated
• Any content we deem to be unsuitable

In the case of suspension of service for reasons such as server maintenance, equipment failure, network interruption, or other unavoidable circumstances such as power failures and natural disasters, we cannot accept any claims for compensation.
