| Article 1. | PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT |
| Nozzle Network Co., Ltd. (NNC) provides these services (The Services) to you (You) subject to the following conditions. By using The Services, You agree to accept the following conditions. Please read them carefully. | |
| Article 2. | MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT |
| These conditions may be modified from time to time without notice; therefore, please read and be aware of the current conditions each time You use The Services. | |
| Article 3. | SERVICES |
| In order to use The Services, You will need to access The Services over a network, and by use of appropriate software. Connection fees, Internet Service Provider (ISP) charges and software expenses are at Your expense and are Your responsibility. NNC is not responsible for any expenses You may incur in accessing The Services. NNC is currently providing a system entitled The Spray Nozzle Global Search System (SGS). The information stored in the SGS is based on the information appearing in the printed catalogs published by the nozzle manufacturing companies (The Companies) shown on this site. This information is used with the permission of The Companies. NNC does not, however, guarantee that this information will continue to be provided on this site in the future. The specifications relating to nozzles such as product numbers, pressure and flow rates etc are reproduced from the printed catalogs of The Companies, and are registered in the database of the SGS on an 'as found' basis. NNC is not liable for any damage or loss caused as a result of incorrect information in the printed catalogs. You are responsible for confirming the accuracy of the specifications provided on this site with The Companies. The information displayed in Spray Nozzle Virtual Laboratory System (SVS) does not apply to any specific nozzle nor to any particular manufacturer's products. |

| Article 4. | REGISTRATION |
| You must submit accurate data via the
Registration Application form in order to
use The Services, access to which requires
ID registration. You must keep registration
data accurate and current. If You do not abide by the above conditions, or if NNC determines that the data provided by You is not accurate or current, NNC may invalidate Your ID and refuse access to The Services. |

| Article 5. | ID AND PASSWORD SECURITY |
| You must keep Your ID and password confidential and You will be responsible for any and all damage arising from the use of Your ID and password by a third party. NNC prohibits You from sharing Your ID and password with a third party. Simultaneous login via more than one terminal by use of a single ID is not allowed. Should Your ID be used by a third party or Your password become known to a third party You should immediately notify NNC. You must logout each time You finish a session (during which You made use of The Services). NNC is not liable for any damage arising from the use of Your ID and password by another person. Your User ID and password remain valid unless or until You choose to cancel Your registration. | |

Some companies control Internet access
by means of a firewall or proxy server.

protocol). When a proxy server is in use,
it is necessary to specify its name in
